Sr. Cybersecurity Program Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $110,000–$160,000 annual base salary plus annual target bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze data and generate insights supporting cybersecurity program execution, risk reporting, and senior stakeholder presentations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting packages for oversight committees.
• Support operational reporting and analysis across budgets, headcount, contracts, and training.
• Drive cross-departmental projects and initiatives, tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Capture minutes and key takeaways for selected initiatives, including tabletop exercises.
• Act as a liaison between departments and execution teams while facilitating stakeholder engagement with managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity or consulting experience, including experience in a financial services firm.
• Experience with program management, project management, project management principles, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization, with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook.
• Experience using project management software such as CA PPM or MS Project to manage schedules, project financials, and dashboard reporting; knowledge of cybersecurity and information security concepts is required.
