Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Location: Hybrid in Chelmsford, Massachusetts; applicants must live within reasonable commuting distance. Relocation is not offered.

Salary: $107,000–$130,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Develop, evaluate, and optimize full-stack application code using established engineering practices.
• Build and maintain unit and integration tests in a TDD and CI/CD environment, while supporting automated UI and API testing.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, UX, QA, and engineering teams across planning, design, code reviews, and delivery.
• Develop features for scalable, high-traffic applications and contribute to the product architecture roadmap.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues, improve performance, and provide recommendations for product functionality and design.
• Guide junior team members, participate in Agile ceremonies, and document completed work for Sales Engineering and Support.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, plus 5+ years in professional application development.
• Experience with C#, .NET Core and/or Framework, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern SPA framework.
• Experience with AWS or other public cloud deployments, NoSQL and relational databases, microservices, containers, monitoring, serverless computing, event-driven programming, DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience creating SDKs with C#, Swift, or Java/Kotlin, including desktop applications using C# and WPF and mobile applications using Swift or Java/Kotlin.
• Experience building critical, high-volume applications that scale and maintaining automated integration and unit tests.
