Senior Tax Associate (MedTech)

What you will do

• Prepare aspects of US tax provisions using OneSource Tax Provision.
• Prepare tax disclosures for Form 10-K and Form 10-Q filings.
• Prepare federal and state tax calculations for US tax returns.
• Assist with worldwide tax audits, notices, tax research, and transfer pricing analysis.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, and IT on general ledger implementation.
• Initiate tax software automation, process improvements, SOX documentation, and special projects.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–3 years of income tax provision and compliance experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, maintain attention to detail, and collaborate effectively.

Nice to have

• Big Four accounting firm experience.
• Knowledge of Thomson Reuters software.
• CPA certification or a master’s degree in Tax.
