Location: Remote in Canada; listed locations include Toronto, Calgary, Montreal, and Ottawa

Compensation for candidates based in Canada: $215,000–$310,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Build and ship features for North, an AI workspace platform deployed to enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement mobile interface elements.
• Productionize state-of-the-art AI models and techniques with researchers.
• Develop secure and privacy-focused solutions when standard libraries or tooling cannot be used.
• Research new mobile technologies and development best practices.

Requirements

• Production experience shipping substantial Android and iOS code using Kotlin and Swift.
• Experience building native applications for AI companies or widely used consumer applications.
• Ability to understand and fix issues outside the primary codebase.
• Experience bootstrapping new projects.
• Ability to execute effectively in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and objectives.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing audio features in applications.
