Compliance Officer (Healthcare)

Location: Hemel Hempstead, UK; remote or hybrid subject to location. Candidates must have a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.

What you will do

• Monitor KPI and performance statistics for allocated hospital units using centralized data tools.
• Manage underperforming units through improvement and escalation plans, and provide accurate progress reports.
• Train hospital users on registry data entry, applications, data calculation, interpretation, and presentation.
• Act as a liaison between hospitals and the Data Quality team, resolving queries through the incident management system.
• Represent NEC and customer services at regional and national events.
• Participate in user acceptance testing for registry output services and maintain hospital contact records.

Requirements

• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for audiences of different seniority levels.
• Good problem-solving, issue-investigation, workload-prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively, flexibly, and under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence is required.

• Experience in a non-financial, non-insurance compliance role.
