Senior Manager, Global Supplier Quality (Bioprocessing)

Location: Marlborough, MA, United States; international travel to supplier facilities is required.

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 per year, plus eligibility for variable cash programs and, for eligible roles, equity.

What you will do

• Lead supplier quality oversight for Systems, Process Analytics, and filtration network suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance, assign SCARs, conduct audits, and manage supplier qualification and development.
• Execute supplier management processes under the Global Quality Management System and maintain the Approved Supplier List.
• Establish supplier governance routines, including scorecards, reviews, escalations, and continuous improvement activities.
• Oversee supplier change notifications and maintain Supplier Quality Agreements in collaboration with change control teams.
• Partner with Procurement and cross-functional teams on supplier business reviews and quality-related actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10–15 years of Supplier Quality experience in life sciences, biopharma, or contract manufacturing.
• 5–8 years of leadership experience, including management of direct resources.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485; GMP knowledge is desirable.
• Experience with supplier qualification, development, auditing, performance management, SCARs, and supplier change notifications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in Lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, FMEA, and statistical process control.

Nice to have

• Bioprocessing and life sciences industry experience.
• Master’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• GMP experience.
