Salary: $80.00–$110.00 annually

What you will do

• Prepare study materials, testing environments, participant schedules, instructions, and training.
• Support and moderate usability tests, home-use studies, and in-depth interviews.
• Interact with participants to ensure comfort and adherence to study protocols.
• Collect, record, summarize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research data.
• Maintain research equipment, testing labs, study records, and supplies.
• Configure and troubleshoot digital and physical prototypes and production-equivalent medical devices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human factors, engineering, health sciences, or a related field.
• At least two years of professional experience assisting or leading user research, usability testing, or observational studies in a regulated or structured environment.
• Ability to write and follow detailed study instructions, protocols, and procedures accurately.
• Ability to manage study activities, schedules, records, equipment, and participant sessions with minimal guidance.
• Professional communication skills for working with research participants, R&D engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, and ability to operate research equipment such as computers, tablets, cameras, and microphones.
