Junior Ad Performance Manager (Automotive)

Location: Onsite at Kompleksi e-88, Laprake, Tirana, Albania. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

What you will do

• Monitor vehicle advertisement performance across online platforms.
• Optimize listings to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion.
• Analyze ad performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support A/B testing of titles, descriptions, and visuals.
• Maintain consistent, high-quality presentation of vehicle advertisements.
• Track key performance metrics, contribute to reporting, and collaborate with international teams across Europe.

Requirements

• Fluent English, written and spoken, required.
• Strong interest in digital platforms, data, and online performance.
• Basic analytical skills and willingness to learn.
• High attention to detail and a structured working style.
• Ability to work onsite in Tirana, Monday to Friday, for 40 hours per week.
