Lead Producer (Video Production)

What you will do

• Run the day-to-day video production pipeline for marketing, brand, and ambassador content while maintaining a hands-on production slate.
• Lead Creative Producers and collaborate with editors, motion and graphic designers, scriptwriters, traffic, localization, and ambassador teams.
• Own capacity planning, prioritization, resourcing, and stakeholder alignment across high-volume campaigns.
• Improve production workflows through storyboard one-pagers, parallel alignment, stronger briefs, and early producer involvement.
• Manage freelance production relationships, including editors, sound specialists, and voice-over professionals.
• Identify production risks, unblock bottlenecks, and maintain pipeline visibility for creative leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a video or creative production team in an agency, studio, or in-house marketing environment.
• Hands-on production experience, including reviewing cuts, providing feedback on edits and storyboards, and supporting shoots or production tasks.
• Working knowledge of video production workflows and tools such as Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience managing high-volume creative pipelines while protecting quality under capacity constraints.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a bonus.
