What you will do

• Research, plan, and create content aligned with the marketing calendar and current trends.
• Manage TikTok and Meta Shorts content, including posting, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Identify and respond to social media trends to increase account growth and engagement.
• Develop strategies to grow followers, expand reach, and meet ambitious engagement targets.
• Collaborate on cross-platform content ideas and campaigns for TikTok and Instagram audiences.
• Manage a small team and contribute to the brand narrative.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content creation and social media account management.
• In-depth knowledge of TikTok and Instagram features, including filming, editing, and audience engagement.
• Proven experience managing TikTok and Instagram accounts and generating revenue through social media funnels.
• Strong video editing skills and experience sourcing or creating viral content.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and data-informed strategy.
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of e-commerce, particularly dropshipping.
