Senior Backend Engineers, Wolt+ (AI)

What you will do

• Build and ship backend software, products, platforms, and APIs for hirify.global+.
• Own features end-to-end, from idea through production.
• Develop reliable, maintainable systems with strong testing and observability.
• Design workflows where AI agents handle task loops from specification to pull request.
• Build internal tooling and abstractions for faster, more reliable AI-assisted development.
• Collaborate with Backend, Mobile, Web, Product, Design, and Data specialists, as well as DoorDash and Deliveroo.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience building and shipping production software at scale.
• Strong engineering fundamentals, including testing, reliability, observability, and maintainability.
• Practical experience using AI tools and experimenting with AI agents or agentic coding workflows.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across disciplines and time zones.
• Ownership mindset and the ability to drive projects forward independently.
