Firmware/Software Engineer (Embedded Linux)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for smart camera products using C and C++.
• Develop and maintain Linux kernel components, device drivers, and system-level services.
• Collaborate with hardware and algorithm teams to integrate sensors and machine vision features.
• Optimize boot time, power consumption, data throughput, performance, and system stability.
• Apply software development best practices through code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Explore AI-powered solutions for development workflows and product capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in embedded software development.
• Strong proficiency in C and C++ for embedded systems.
• Deep experience with embedded Linux, including kernel and device-driver development.
• Experience delivering complex software projects from concept through production.
• Outcome-oriented approach with a focus on high-quality results.

Nice to have

• Android system-level development experience with AOSP.
• Familiarity with the Yocto Project.
• Experience with Agentic AI or advanced AI-powered development tools.
• Experience with NPUs or other AI hardware accelerators.
• Knowledge of computer vision, image processing, or camera pipelines.
