Senior QA Automation Engineer

Location: Must be based in Poland

What you will do

• Own quality assurance tasks for multiple projects to ensure high standards of reliability.
• Lead testing efforts, including the development and maintenance of automation frameworks and scripts.
• Plan and execute testing across various areas including DB, integration, functional, and UI/UX.
• Participate in design and requirements reviews to ensure feature testability.
• Analyze test results to identify improvements and recommend process changes.
• Provide technical and process mentorship to less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on automation.
• Strong programming skills in at least one language such as Python, TypeScript, or Java.
• Experience with test automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, Appium, or Pytest.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS and experience with API testing tools.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience testing microservices, distributed systems, or mobile applications.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases and Event Stream Processing platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or a related field.
