Location: Onsite in Tallinn, Estonia
Salary: €4,500–€5,200

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including purchasing, production planning, customer support, inventory management, and warehouse activities.
- Manage, coach, and develop a Supply Chain team of 11 employees and oversee approximately 20 warehouse employees through the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategy focused on on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, inventory optimization, and S&OP and capacity planning.
- Drive KPI management, process standardization, ERP optimization, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Procurement, suppliers, and customers to improve performance and manage supply chain risks.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO standards, safety and quality requirements while managing budgets and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment, including management of teams and leaders.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, and ERP systems such as SAP or JDE.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management, customer-facing communication, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent Estonian and English are required.
