Supply Chain Manager (Automotive Manufacturing): Leading end-to-end supply chain, purchasing, production planning, customer support, inventory, and warehouse operations with an accent on operational excellence, delivery reliability, and inventory optimization. Focus on developing supply chain and warehouse teams, improving ERP and S&OP processes, managing risks, and driving Lean and Six Sigma initiatives in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Location: Onsite in Tallinn, Estonia
Salary: €4,500–€5,200

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including purchasing, production planning, customer support, inventory management, and warehouse activities.
- Manage, coach, and develop a Supply Chain team of 11 employees and oversee approximately 20 warehouse employees through the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategy focused on on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, inventory optimization, and S&OP and capacity planning.
- Drive KPI management, process standardization, ERP optimization, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Procurement, suppliers, and customers to improve performance and manage supply chain risks.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO standards, safety and quality requirements while managing budgets and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment, including management of teams and leaders.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, warehouse management, inventory control, and ERP systems such as SAP or JDE.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management, customer-facing communication, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent Estonian and English are required.
