IT Application Lead (Oracle ERP)

What you will do

• Analyze business processes and translate inefficiencies into Oracle ERP solutions for supply chain procurement operations.
• Map end-to-end processes, identify gaps and automation opportunities, and prepare functional specifications, BRDs, and process flow diagrams.
• Design, configure, customize, and enhance Oracle ERP solutions across Procurement, Advanced Pricing, Warehouse, and Finance modules.
• Lead application deliverables, testing activities, implementation readiness, user training, and adoption of new systems and processes.
• Integrate Oracle ERP with third-party applications and support data retrieval from Oracle EBS, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, maintain documentation, and improve data quality, pipelines, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst working with Oracle ERP, including EBS or Fusion.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Procurement, Advanced Pricing, Warehouse, Finance, Procurement-to-Pay, and iSupplier solutions.
• Experience in business process mapping, optimization, automation, application development project management, and testing.
• Proficiency in Oracle EBS R12, Oracle Fusion, SQL, PL/SQL, APIs, Web Services, Oracle Workflow, Forms, and BI Publisher.
• Proficient spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin required. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, data modeling, and problem-solving skills are also required.

Nice to have

• Oracle ERP module certifications.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and PMP qualification.
• Knowledge of o9, OneStream, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Power BI, OIC, or Workato.
