Tech Release Coordinator (FinTech)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus; hybrid model with 4 days from the office and 1 day from home, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00.

What you will do

• Coordinate pull request reviews, approvals, status checks, merges, release branches, cherry-picks, hotfixes, and tagging across multiple GitHub repositories and product squads.
• Manage end-to-end production releases into live trading environments, following release schedules, runbooks, change management procedures, and approved release scope.
• Validate CI/CD pipeline outputs, build integrity, versioning, artifacts, regression results, environment configuration, and rollback readiness.
• Coordinate dependencies across APIs, trading engines, and market data feeds to ensure correct sequencing and compatibility.
• Monitor releases using logs, metrics, and alerts; support incident triage, rollback decisions, and resolution of merge conflicts or failed checks.
• Track release status, risks, and post-release issues while supporting release governance, auditability, security, regulatory compliance, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Release Coordination, Development, or Delivery roles.
• Hands-on experience managing pull requests, merges, release branches, branch protection rules, code review workflows, and tagging/versioning practices in GitHub or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of Git branching strategies, including GitFlow or trunk-based development, and conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling.
• Experience supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously and following or enforcing structured release processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
