Delivery Manager - Operations

Location: Limassol, Cyprus; temporary remote work is available before future relocation to Limassol. The role is office-based after relocation.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of Brand initiatives, including plans, timelines, dependencies, blockers, risks, and status visibility.
• Coordinate delivery across Brand, Product Delivery, Legal, Finance, and other functions.
• Design and implement a capacity planning framework for strategic initiatives, business-as-usual work, and team support.
• Improve estimation, work decomposition, prioritization, delivery processes, tools, workflows, and metrics.
• Establish delivery standards and support Team Leads in planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, or Program Management in technology and/or cross-functional environments.
• Hands-on delivery experience as a producer, not only through other people.
• Experience building a capacity planning approach from scratch for a team with a mixed workload.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams, stakeholders, and functions.
• Strong planning, dependency management, risk management, and delivery predictability skills.
• Understanding of software delivery, the development lifecycle, and delivery metrics sufficient to partner credibly with Product.
• Ability to drive process improvements, encourage transparency, understand business, product, and technical context, and operate in ambiguity.
• Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and systems-thinking skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar tools.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English.

Nice to have

• Experience in brand, marketing, or creative delivery.
• Russian language.
