Compliance Officer

Location: Limassol, Cyprus; hybrid workplace

An international organization focused on maintaining regulatory compliance and integrity across its Group entities.

What you will do

• Support the development, review, revision, and distribution of compliance policies and procedures.
• Receive and review complaints related to compliance issues according to the complaints handling procedure.
• Review and approve marketing materials for compliance with applicable standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective action plans.
• Conduct desk-based reviews and inspections within the Compliance Risk Assessment and Monitoring Program.
• Support monthly, yearly, and ad-hoc regulatory reporting, special projects, and regulatory framework updates.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
