Associate Software Engineer (Python)

Location: Remote

What you will do

• Develop scripts and application logic using Python.
• Work with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Work with non-relational databases such as Redis and DynamoDB.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Use Git and macOS or Linux command-line environments.

Requirements

• Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals and data structures.
• Proficiency in basic Python for scripts and application logic.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of version control tools such as Git.
• Relevant internship or project experience in software development.
• BE in Computer Science or Information Science, or MCA, with Android or iOS knowledge.

Nice to have

• Exposure to REST APIs and basic web development with HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of Docker and other containerization technologies.
• Competitive programming, open-source contributions, or exposure to Generative AI such as Gemini or Vertex AI.
