What you will do
- Monitor and analyze real-time operational data.
- Communicate daily with operations teams and clients.
- Track adherence and flag non-adherence issues.
- Identify and proactively communicate blockers affecting service levels and abandon-rate targets.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Matric qualification.
- Workforce management experience.
- At least one year of experience working as a Realtime Analyst.
- Strong analytical skills and basic Excel knowledge.
- Competency with WFM tools such as Calabrio, Amazon Connect, and Excel.
