Product Manager / Director, Trading Risk Engine (Crypto Trading)

Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR; current right to work in Hong Kong required, with no visa sponsorship available

What you will do

• Define and deliver product strategy for trading risk monitoring and risk-control solutions across crypto spot and derivatives products.
• Design and optimize mark price, liquidation, insurance fund, and related risk systems.
• Improve risk-control efficiency, reduce abnormal-event probability and losses, and support insurance fund growth.
• Monitor post-launch risks and user feedback, using iterative mechanisms to improve the system.
• Coordinate project delivery with developers, designers, market, operations, and other teams.
• Guide junior product managers in developing risk-control product methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and product management experience, preferably in an internet or blockchain company.
• Strong interest in trading, blockchain, and financial products.
• Solid product design and project management knowledge, including discovering user needs through data analysis.
• Logical thinking, effective communication, teamwork, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficient English required; Chinese is optional.

Nice to have

• Experience designing or trading stocks, funds, forex, futures, or options.
• Experience using Excel, SQL, Python, and other data-processing and analysis tools.
