Regional Paid Social Director (Amazon)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role requiring the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Lead Paid Social strategy, activation, optimization, and reporting across EMEA RMI markets, including the offshore hub in Poland.
• Manage campaign planning, activation quality, governance, naming conventions, audience integrity, financial accuracy, and operational compliance.
• Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights through weekly reviews, QBRs, and annual business reviews.
• Develop regional testing roadmaps covering audiences, creative, bidding, measurement, and platform innovation.
• Build senior relationships with Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other media partners to identify innovation and beta opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop Paid Social Account Managers and onshore and offshore programmatic teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience activating and managing multi-channel Paid Social campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
• Experience translating technical and complex topics for non-technical audiences.
• Strong presentation, storytelling, commercial, and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and manage hybrid teams across different markets.
• Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
