Senior QA Engineer – Test Automation & Platform Quality (Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain automated tests for the Taikun platform UI, APIs, and deployed cloud infrastructure.
• Expand end-to-end test coverage using Python, Playwright, and other automation tools.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with developers, DevOps, and product teams.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing for features not yet covered by automation.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and report issues while identifying gaps in test coverage.
• Improve QA processes, document testing strategies and results, and mentor junior QA engineers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant QA experience with strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with Python or Playwright for end-to-end testing.
• Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Linux command-line usage and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or Swagger.
• Knowledge of performance and load testing tools such as K6 or Locust.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, Terraform, Ansible, or hyperscalers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
