What you will do

• Develop and implement the global external partnership strategy for hirify.global Vaccines across the research-to-industrialization value chain.
• Lead, recruit, manage, and develop the global Science Partnerships and Funding team.
• Build and manage relationships with external partners and funders across the US, EU, UK, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and the Americas.
• Oversee grant proposals, budgets, partnership objectives, administration processes, and compliance requirements with cross-functional hirify.global stakeholders.
• Report partnership progress, impact, risks, and performance indicators to vaccine business leadership and steering committees.
• Investigate innovative funding streams and partnership models for vaccine R&D and infrastructure investments.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in bacteriology, virology, immunology, infectious diseases, or a related field, or an M.D. or Pharm.D.
• 10+ years of post-graduate work experience.
• Experience establishing public-private partnerships and identifying external funding opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal, team leadership, negotiation, strategic, and influencing skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work in international settings and act as an agent of change.
