What you will do

• Lead one or more cross-functional program teams from Phase 1 through Phase 3, approval, and launch.
• Serve as the accountable leader for the BTK Program Global Development Team and drive decisions through governance forums.
• Set and execute clinical development strategy across a portfolio of clinical-stage therapies in partnership with executive and functional stakeholders.
• Develop clinical development plans, oversee protocols, and provide medical oversight for clinical trials, including safety and activity data review.
• Identify program risks, establish mitigations, and maintain operational alignment across internal teams and CROs.
• Support IND, NDA/MAA, and other regulatory activities while engaging investigators, opinion leaders, and internal and external medical colleagues.

Requirements

• MD with board certification, preferably in hematology/oncology.
• At least 10 years of clinical trial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical trial design or execution, particularly Phase 3 planning and execution.
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams and individuals in cross-functional environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, small-company environment with changing priorities.
