TL;DR
Forward Deployed Engineer (AI): Designing, building, and deploying agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers from evaluation through production go-live with an accent on LLM applications, integrations, and customer-facing solution architecture. Focus on building multi-agent workflows, debugging agent behavior, and translating complex business processes into production-ready systems.

What you will do
- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand business needs, workflows, pain points, and success criteria.
- Design, build, prototype, and present agentic solutions and workflows that demonstrate customer value.
- Own technical deployments from evaluation and solution design through production go-live.
- Translate customer needs into agent architectures, workflow logic, integration specifications, and deployment plans.
- Present demos and technical solutions to technical teams, business leaders, and executives.
- Troubleshoot APIs, authentication, data, workflow logic, agent behavior, and customer systems while supporting late-stage pre-sales.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, AI Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant.
- Experience building agents, agentic workflows, LLM-powered applications, or AI automation solutions.
- Practical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, tool-calling, RAG, orchestration, multi-agent workflows, evaluation, and agent behavior debugging.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar frameworks, plus APIs, integrations, scripting, debugging, and cloud or web environments.
- Coding or scripting ability in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar technologies.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, work independently, and deliver customer outcomes in ambiguous environments.
Nice to have
- Experience deploying AI, agentic, automation, or enterprise SaaS products into production.
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, JWT, mTLS, and third-party enterprise systems.
- Experience with VPC or on-premises deployments, cloud infrastructure, containers, databases, logs, and production troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with enterprise security, data privacy, RBAC, audit, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with regulated industries, complex enterprise security environments, or early-stage startup products.
