BAI - Competitive Intelligence Senior Manager (Rare Disease)

Location: United States; Corporate Headquarters, One hirify.global Center Drive, Thousand Oaks, California 91320-1799. Conditions: Deerfield, Illinois. Some travel of 15–20% is required.

What you will do

• Lead competitive intelligence activities for multiple assets within the Rare Disease Business Unit.
• Partner with US, global, regional, brand, corporate, and cross-functional teams to define business problems and analysis plans.
• Collect and synthesize primary and secondary intelligence into strategic insights, recommendations, and action plans.
• Coordinate intelligence gathering and debriefs at major medical conferences and congresses.
• Facilitate competitive simulations, strategic exercises, and workshops.
• Manage external vendors, internal intelligence networks, data sources, and new technology solutions for competitive intelligence workflows.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree plus 2 years, master's degree plus 4 years, bachelor's degree plus 6 years, associate's degree plus 10 years, or high school diploma/GED plus 12 years of analytics, consulting, or competitive intelligence experience.
• Experience analyzing data and developing strategic insights for critical business decisions.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects, stakeholders, and data sources.
• Strong oral, written, presentation, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based environment and explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to follow and enforce hirify.global's legal and ethical competitive intelligence guidelines.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as PhD, PharmD, or MBA focused on life sciences and business.
• Life sciences consulting, strategy consulting, or management consulting experience in biopharma.
• Rare disease project experience and knowledge of the biopharma industry.
• Strong understanding of rare disease trends, competitive dynamics, and unmet medical needs.
