Business Analyst (FinTech)

Salary: EUR 2,250–3,600 per month gross; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Develop pre-sales presentations, white papers, success stories, and other expert content.
• Conduct market and company-specific research to identify client challenges and opportunities.
• Translate research findings into structured documents, presentations, and analytical reports.
• Present pre-sales materials to clients, including C-level stakeholders, and communicate complex insights clearly.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams on messaging and solution positioning.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience with presales activities and preparation of expert content.
• Ability to structure complex information and explain solution value from the customer’s perspective.
• Experience with BPMN and UML.
• Ability to learn new industries and subject areas quickly.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above.

Nice to have

• Experience documenting completed projects and collaborating with commercial teams.
• Experience across multiple industries and different types of client requests.
• International professional certificates such as PSPO or PSM.
