What you will do

• Develop, negotiate, execute, renew, and manage market access contracts across specialty pharmacies, GPOs, hospitals, IDNs, physicians, retailers, wholesalers, and other channels.
• Track contract activity and stakeholder touchpoints from proposal through final execution, communicating status and key information to internal partners.
• Implement brand strategies and operational efficiencies through contracting and support current and launch products.
• Assess contract risks and benefits with Trade Channel Management, Specialty Care Market Access Strategy, and Market Access Legal.
• Partner with Contract Operations on system setup for pricing terms and payments.
• Improve contract management processes through automation and AI, while providing insights on market issues and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is desirable.
• 5+ years of experience in the US pharmaceutical industry, with emphasis on contracting, pricing, or market access.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, external-influence, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence matrix teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of markets, trends, and opportunities across the hirify.global portfolio.
