What you will do
- Support the preparation of labeling documents to meet regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect labeling information.
- Maintain accurate records of labeling changes and approvals.
- Support labeling strategy development and implementation.
- Facilitate timely submissions to regulatory authorities.
- Organize project tasks and milestones to meet deadlines while resolving basic issues under supervision.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree and 2–3+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of regulatory requirements for labeling.
- Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate in a team, and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic project management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Familiarity with labeling software, databases, and electronic document management systems.
- Knowledge of global labeling regulations and experience applying regulatory guidelines.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, with awareness of responsible AI practices.
