What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Build trusted relationships with engineering leaders, architects, and developers as a technical advisor.
• Translate customer requirements into solution designs and advise on rollout practices, prompt strategy, and context configuration.
• Deliver technical presentations, whiteboard sessions, and hands-on workshops tailored to customer needs.
• Advocate for customer needs internally, influence roadmap priorities, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and post-sales teams on onboarding.
• Support strategic account planning, technical validation, and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to code alongside developers and present to CTOs.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, modern engineering organizations, and developer productivity challenges.
• Hands-on technical ability with fluency in technical workflows, AI tooling, and debugging complex environments.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to translate technical details into business impact.
• Experience in Field Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, or enterprise software consulting.
• Resourcefulness, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving in a startup environment.
