Associate Director, Process Optimization - Talent Acquisition

Salary: $141,500–$268,500 per year

What you will do

• Build and sustain streamlined talent acquisition processes that improve partner satisfaction and user experience.
• Lead strategic projects across talent acquisition, HR centers of excellence, and geographic boundaries.
• Map processes, identify gaps through root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Guide cross-functional teams, manage project scope, and drive delivery of short- and long-term outcomes.
• Translate solutions into talent acquisition operations, process updates, system designs, and organizational responsibilities.
• Apply technology, benchmarking, change management, and risk evaluation to improve workflow effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of business experience, including 3+ years in process mapping, project management, or change management.
• Experience with continuous improvement in a highly matrixed, multinational organization.
• Track record of leading major projects, business process reengineering, and organizational design.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and design-thinking skills.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Visio skills; experience with ATS, CRM, or HRIS platforms is preferred.
