Analytics QA Engineer

What you will do

• Build test requirements, test plans, and test cases for analytics implementations across web, connected TV, and native app platforms.
• Perform regression testing, data integrity checks, QA cycles, and audits to identify tracking gaps and inconsistencies.
• Validate new and updated implementations, provide QA sign-off, prioritize tickets, and track blockers through resolution.
• Document QA steps and expected outputs across tracking devices and maintain test coverage for current and new features.
• Use GenAI tools to enrich manual test cases, generate functional and negative scenarios, and suggest test data.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, Scrum, product, and vendor teams on sprint planning, bug triage, and release timelines.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or measurement quality assurance.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field, or equivalent QA experience in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of QA test plans, testing strategies, and test automation, preferably for data or analytics products.
• Experience testing mobile applications, connected TV, and native platforms using tools such as ADB and Xcode.
• Ability to monitor network traffic with Charles Proxy, Wireshark, and Chrome DevTools; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum.
• Strong GenAI knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate QA documentation and data integrity.

Nice to have

• STEM undergraduate degree.
• Familiarity with measurement tools such as Adobe Analytics, Comscore, or Nielsen.
• Basic Docker knowledge for running and validating AI utilities or test tooling in containers.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks and RAG concepts for grounding test outputs in project context.
