Senior Product Manager, Security - RICOCHET - Central Technology (Game Security)

Location: Hybrid in Sherman Oaks, California or Vancouver, British Columbia; remote candidates within the United States and Canada may also be considered.

Salary: $137,170–$253,806 annual base pay in the U.S. Incentive compensation may also be available.

What you will do

• Define product strategy for anti-cheat, abuse prevention, and game security systems across Call of Duty live titles.
• Own the roadmap for detection, enforcement, and prevention capabilities.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to build scalable behavioral models, heuristics, signals pipelines, and real-time detection systems.
• Work with threat intelligence and operations teams to translate emerging threats into product requirements.
• Design enforcement strategies that balance effectiveness, player experience, and false-positive risk.
• Lead prioritization, experimentation, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional alignment during high-severity incidents or abuse spikes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex or technical products.
• Experience working with engineering on backend systems, platforms, or data-driven products.
• Experience in game security, anti-cheat systems, or online multiplayer ecosystems.
• Experience with telemetry pipelines, real-time data systems, or large-scale event processing.
• Experience using metrics such as precision, recall, false-positive rates, or similar performance indicators.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience; working knowledge of SQL, data analysis tools, or scripting.

Nice to have

• Background in fraud detection, trust and safety, or other adversarial domains.
• Familiarity with reverse engineering, cheat development techniques, or exploit methodologies.
• Experience supporting live operations or incident response in high-velocity environments.
• Experience with experimentation and iteration in live service environments.
