Field Service Technician (Gaming)

Location: Sacramento, California, United States; daily travel in the assigned territory, with regional and national travel of up to 30%

What you will do

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and remove gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
• Respond to customer calls and emergency service requests, prioritizing critical issues.
• Complete pre-site surveys, review installation documents, follow schedules, and perform assigned field service activities.
• Maintain parts inventory accuracy and report service activities, trends, needs, and challenges through field service tools.
• Provide technical support and documentation to customers while maintaining professional service standards.
• Operate independently, follow safety guidelines, and travel to casino facilities as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain a gaming license as required for the location.
• Clean, valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds, push up to 250 pounds with moving equipment, climb ladders, and operate vehicles for extended periods.
• Preferred experience includes slot or field service technician work, electronics, mechanics, diagnostics, on-call support, or work-related travel.
