Location: Remote; San Francisco/Bay Area is a plus. Must be able to work PT hours.
Hourly pay: $25β$28 per hour, with potential eligibility for discretionary bonuses/incentives and equity.

What you will do
- Source and vet creators for UGC and campaign partnerships.
- Negotiate and manage UGC deals and creator relationships end to end.
- Monitor X, Instagram, and TikTok for emerging trends, formats, and campaign ideas.
- Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to build automated workflows for faster campaign execution.
- Launch growth experiments quickly and collaborate directly with the Social Growth lead.
Requirements
- Understanding of product marketing and how to turn attention into growth.
- Strong interest in the creator economy, short-form content, and UGC.
- Ability to manage multiple creator relationships with clear communication and follow-through.
- Bias toward action, initiative, and willingness to test ideas independently.
- Ability to work PT hours.
