Social Growth Intern (AI)

Location: Remote; San Francisco/Bay Area is a plus. Must be able to work PT hours.

Hourly pay: $25–$28 per hour, with potential eligibility for discretionary bonuses/incentives and equity.

What you will do

• Source and vet creators for UGC and campaign partnerships.
• Negotiate and manage UGC deals and creator relationships end to end.
• Monitor X, Instagram, and TikTok for emerging trends, formats, and campaign ideas.
• Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to build automated workflows for faster campaign execution.
• Launch growth experiments quickly and collaborate directly with the Social Growth lead.

Requirements

• Understanding of product marketing and how to turn attention into growth.
• Strong interest in the creator economy, short-form content, and UGC.
• Ability to manage multiple creator relationships with clear communication and follow-through.
• Bias toward action, initiative, and willingness to test ideas independently.
• Ability to work PT hours.

• Experience growing social channels for companies or brands.
