Sales Trainee (Texas Showroom)

What you will do

• Present and service new and established accounts independently or alongside experienced sales representatives.
• Learn the company’s products, services, policies, and current product lines to develop effective sales skills.
• Use Salesforce and Power BI to access and understand sales reports.
• Merchandise products in customer stores, set up fixtures, and display point-of-purchase materials.
• Support trade shows, sales markets, special events, and the company’s event team.
• Prepare and hang seasonal sample lines and attend company sales meetings.

Requirements

• Two years of related professional experience.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong organizational and process management skills.
• Energetic, self-starting approach.
• Ability to resolve problems and make decisions.
• Ability to work in the Dallas showroom and visit customer stores and sales events.
