Creative Director

Location: New York, NY, United States. Hybrid schedule with teams in the office an average of four days per week.

Salary: $100,000–$230,000 USD per year, varying by location, business needs, responsibility, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Develop innovative ideas for briefs, tactics, executions, and client conversations.
• Shape brand voice and oversee interactive marketing materials from conception through final delivery.
• Partner with copy and design leadership to develop and execute integrated campaigns and projects.
• Apply strategic and trend-focused creative thinking across broadcast, digital, social, and other channels.
• Lead client reviews, present creative work, and manage client contact as needed.
• Represent the creative team while mentoring and coordinating junior team members.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in a creative advertising agency.
• Portfolio demonstrating a wide range of award-worthy creative work and mastery of the craft.
• Strong working knowledge of visual design, art direction, and the creative process.
• Proven conceptual and campaign experience, including integrated campaigns across broadcast, digital, and social.
• Ability to prioritize work and resources, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing timelines, budgets, and availability.
• Ability to direct and mentor junior team members in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
