Senior UX Designer (AI)

Location: Copenhagen, Aarhus, or Herning, Denmark; office-based work with home working possible depending on assignments and customer collaboration

What you will do

• Gather and analyse qualitative and quantitative insights to identify user and business needs.
• Use AI for analysis, synthesis, exploration, and hypothesis development.
• Map customer journeys and service flows across channels, touchpoints, and systems.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and collaborative design processes.
• Translate concepts into user flows, prototypes, and design deliverables ready for validation and development.
• Collaborate with customers, designers, developers, and other specialists to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in an agency, consultancy, or similar environment.
• Strong experience with Figma, design systems, components, and established design patterns.
• Ability to translate strategy, insights, business needs, and technical requirements into clear recommendations and design decisions.
• Experience facilitating workshops and navigating projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Methodical, systematic approach with strong ownership, communication, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.
• Active use of AI as part of UX and design work, with curiosity about new technologies.
