What you will do
- Lead the design and evolution of Human-Machine Interface solutions across digital products and platforms.
- Develop and document multimodal interaction concepts, information architectures, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Plan and conduct UX research and user testing, translating findings into iterative design improvements.
- Assess HMI frameworks, identify improvement opportunities, and support implementation activities.
- Build scalable design systems and implementation guidelines while collaborating with designers, researchers, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
- Lead design activities, mentor other designers, and manage multiple priorities independently.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in UX and Interaction Design, preferably in automotive, mobility, or other complex digital ecosystems.
- Strong knowledge of usability principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Proven experience planning, conducting, and synthesizing UX research and user testing.
- Solid knowledge of automotive HMI design processes, standards, and best practices.
- Experience with design systems, implementation-ready specifications, multidisciplinary product development, and stakeholder management.
- Portfolio demonstrating digital product design, interaction frameworks, and complex UX problem-solving.
