What you will do

  • Lead the design and evolution of Human-Machine Interface (HMI) solutions across digital products and platforms.
  • Develop and document innovative multi-modal interaction concepts and information architectures.
  • Conduct user research initiatives and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
  • Create detailed interaction models, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
  • Maintain scalable design systems and implementation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Gothenburg, Sweden.
  • Extensive experience in UX and Interaction Design, preferably in automotive or mobility sectors.
  • Proven track record in planning, conducting, and synthesizing UX research and user testing.
  • Deep knowledge of automotive HMI design processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Experience working with design systems and creating implementation-ready specifications.
  • Portfolio demonstrating complex UX problem-solving and interaction frameworks.
