What you will do
- Monitor junior team members, balance workloads during peak seasons, and guide colleagues on best practices.
- Collect sample orders, coordinate garment sample production and washing, and export finished samples to customers and regional teams.
- Coordinate production and washing processes to maintain quality and meet development sample lead times.
- Review samples for production readiness, track critical sample timelines, and monitor bulk standards and approval deadlines.
- Translate English PDMs into Chinese workbooks, clarify discrepancies with US stakeholders, and keep development documentation up to date.
- Prepare initial and bulk costing, monitor fabric and trims inventory, track production progress, and support reports and development projects.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating apparel sample development, garment production, washing, and quality inspection.
- Ability to translate English PDM information into Chinese production workbooks and resolve discrepancies with US teams.
- Experience with garment costing, production schedules, bulk standards, development tracking, and inventory replenishment.
- Ability to collaborate with production, washing, Asia, and US design teams while meeting delivery and approval deadlines.
- Chinese is required for production communication and workbook preparation.
