TL;DR
Junior Product Developer (Fashion/Textiles): Supporting the development of new bodywear, swimwear, and legwear collections from design through final sales samples with an accent on quality, fit, colour, price, sustainability, and brand standards. Focus on coordinating suppliers, maintaining development systems, meeting deadlines, and preparing production-ready products for quality handover.
Location: Den Bosch, the Netherlands; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
Salary: Based on 38 hours per week, with a choice between 37 annual holidays or a 40-hour monthly salary with 25 holidays.

What you will do
- Support new product development from design through final sales samples.
- Assist with proto sampling and prepare collections for production within agreed deadlines.
- Monitor assigned products throughout their life cycle, balancing target price, quality, fit, colour, sustainability, and brand standards.
- Coordinate with bodywear, swimwear, and legwear developers to maintain timelines, systems, and meeting preparation.
- Communicate with suppliers and collaborate with Product Design, Product Management, Supply Planning, and Quality teams.
- Support collection handover and complete related development and system activities.
Requirements
- Recognized degree, college qualification, or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Textiles.
- 0–3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in fashion, sports, or lifestyle products, or relevant internship experience.
- Proficiency in English.
- Technical mindset, attention to detail, structured approach, and organizational skills.
- Must already have the legal right to work in the Netherlands; work or residence permits will not be provided.
