SAP Functional Engineer (SCM/O2C)

Location: Pennington, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Operate, maintain, and administer SAP MM, WM, PP, and SD modules across SCM and O2C processes.
• Lead or support SAP rollout projects and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Monitor master data integrity and business transactions while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Organize unit, integration, and user acceptance testing and track post-go-live adoption.

Requirements

• Fluent Chinese and English in reading, writing, and speaking are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of SAP SCM/O2C operations or implementation experience in one or more modules.
• Ability to independently perform customizing for SCM/O2C modules.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and configuration points for MM, WM, PP, or SD.

Nice to have

• Strong experience with SAP WM and PP.
• Life-science or manufacturing industry experience.
• SAP certification, SAP CSV validation experience, or ABAP development skills.
