Senior Product Marketing Manager (AI Training Infrastructure)

Location: New York, NY; Sunnyvale, CA; or Bellevue, WA. The position requires eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled information, such as U.S. person status or eligibility for the required export authorization.

Salary: $177,000–$237,000 annual base salary, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits based on eligibility.

What you will do

• Own the AI Training Infrastructure narrative and create a coherent positioning framework across CoreWeave Kubernetes Service, SUNK, and SUNK Anywhere.
• Develop competitive positioning, persona-specific messaging, and launch narratives for training infrastructure capabilities.
• Build a customer evidence strategy using deployment insights, proof points, benchmarking, and performance validation.
• Define go-to-market and enablement frameworks for Sales, Solutions Architects, developers, researchers, and community contributors.
• Measure product marketing impact through deal velocity, contract value, competitive win rates, platform adoption, and retention.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or go-to-market roles within cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, or developer tooling.
• Working fluency with Kubernetes and an understanding of how infrastructure decisions affect teams using it.
• Direct experience with or close exposure to AI researchers and their evaluation and trust criteria.
• Familiarity with the AI model development lifecycle, including pre-training, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and optimization.
• Demonstrated success building positioning and messaging for complex technical products that improved adoption, market perception, or competitive win rates.
• Must meet applicable U.S. export-control eligibility requirements for access to controlled information.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing platform or infrastructure products to platform engineers, research leads, or technical architects.
• Familiarity with schedulers, clusters, distributed training workloads, Slurm, or Kubernetes-native training.
• Experience marketing multiple products or a portfolio simultaneously.
• Background in developer tools, high-performance computing, or AI infrastructure.
