Tech Currency and AI Cyber Risk Manager (AI)

Location: On site in Omaha, Nebraska; Austin, Texas; or Southlake, Texas. Applicants must be authorized to work full time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $112,300–$165,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Establish governance frameworks, reporting routines, dashboards, and portfolio tracking for technology risk.
• Coordinate vulnerability management from intake and validation through prioritization, remediation, tracking, and executive communication.
• Oversee findings from AI-driven application security testing, penetration testing, CodeQL, Black Duck, SAST/DAST, infrastructure reviews, and patchable vulnerabilities.
• Partner with engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and operations teams to develop and execute remediation strategies.
• Improve transparency, accountability, risk reporting, and continuous improvement across the vulnerability lifecycle.
• Advance technology risk, security, AI adoption, and enterprise transformation priorities.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience leading complex technology, cybersecurity, technology risk, resiliency, regulatory, or transformation programs.
• Experience establishing governance, reporting, prioritization, and accountability frameworks for vulnerability management and remediation.
• Experience coordinating security findings through Jira or similar workflow platforms, including intake, triage, assignment, tracking, and resolution.
• Ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies, resource constraints, and executive communications across complex programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working across application development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and operations teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI adoption programs, AI governance, AI-driven security testing, or emerging technology risk.
• Knowledge of software engineering, modern development frameworks, cloud technologies, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and secure coding.
• Familiarity with CodeQL, Black Duck, Veracode, penetration testing, SAST, DAST, and vulnerability remediation programs.
• Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, workflow platforms, technology roadmaps, and large-scale transformation.
