What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending suitable banking products and services.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Generate relationship-growth opportunities through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and internal and external partnerships.
• Educate customers about deposit, loan, business banking, and digital banking products and services.
• Help customers optimize their use of online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration role.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Knowledge of banking products, consumer and business deposits, consumer lending, business lending, sales, and investments.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort with mobile and online banking services.
