Senior Regulatory Compliance Associate (Fintech)

What you will do

• Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations applicable to payment services, including EMI, PSP, and wallet-provider activities.
• Review and approve new products, internal processes, and product structures for regulatory alignment.
• Track SAMA circulars and regulatory updates, interpret their impact, and coordinate timely implementation.
• Maintain internal compliance policies and procedures in line with current SAMA requirements.
• Prepare regulatory reports, review management submissions, and coordinate data collection and validation.
• Support regulatory inspections, audits, remediation actions, and compliance advisory requests from internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of compliance experience at a SAMA-regulated payments entity.
• Solid understanding of SAMA’s regulatory framework for payment services.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and policy review.
• Fluent English and Arabic, spoken and written. Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and prioritization skills are required.
