Senior Compliance Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Manage engagement frameworks and communication with the Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST) and other regulators.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory compliance risks with management and internal stakeholders.
• Draft and implement policies, standards, procedures, and compliance documentation in Arabic and English.
• Organize employee training on regulatory changes and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate compliance certifications, regulatory approvals, audits, reviews, and remediation action plans.
• Maintain compliance records, communication registers, documentation, and follow-up processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a compliance analyst or specialist in an enterprise-level organization.
• Experience with international standards and local regulations related to telecommunications, data protection, and data localization.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in technology or management.
• Fluent Arabic and English with excellent written, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning, project management, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
