Amazon DSP Specialist

Location: Remote, Dominican Republic

Compensation: $15,000–$25,000 annual rate

What you will do

• Plan, manage, and optimize Amazon DSP campaigns, including audience creation, inventory selection, and bid adjustments.
• Monitor campaign KPIs such as impressions, detail page views, conversions, and ROAS, and implement performance improvements.
• Conduct audience segmentation and targeting using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and clients to align DSP strategies with business objectives.
• Manage client budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and audit historical performance.
• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly campaign performance reports.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience managing programmatic advertising campaigns, including at least 1 year leading Amazon DSP campaigns for brands.
• Understanding of audience segmentation, real-time bidding, and data-driven advertising.
• Ability to implement strategies that improve campaign performance and drive conversions.
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other formulas.
