Middle/Senior Test Automation Engineer (Python/Ruby + Networking)

What you will do

• Design and implement automated tests in Python and/or Ruby for APIs, backend services, and system-level functionality.
• Own test coverage and quality outcomes, combining manual and automated testing to support stable releases.
• Analyze test results, investigate failures, and document defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, traffic flow, and network-device behavior across test environments.
• Configure and maintain test environments integrated with network devices and supporting tools.
• Contribute to GitLab CI or Jenkins pipelines and use Docker and Selenoid/Selenium for scalable test execution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in test automation engineering, SDET, or software development focused on automation.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Ruby for building and maintaining automated tests.
• Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
• Hands-on experience with API, backend, and end-to-end testing.
• Practical knowledge of GitLab CI or Jenkins and familiarity with Docker.
• Intermediate English proficiency or higher, plus strong debugging, troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills.
